I bought a really nice Hamadan runner… I bought a really nice Hamadan runner from Saeid at a fair price. He even brought it out to my house. Great service and a great rug!

I was a little concerned about purchasing an expensive rug online when the company was based in Sydney and I lived in Perth. I phoned and spoke with Saeid. He was able to answer my questions about the rug. I ordered it on Easter Saturday and it arrived within a week. It is absolutely beautiful and I wish I had more surfaces to Carpet because I would certainly return and buy more rugs. The tree of life pattern is beautiful and some flowers and parts of the Deers are highlighted with silk threads that glisten in the light. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with Rugmaster.

Highly recommend RugMaster Highly recommend RugMaster. Great quality handmade rugs, honest service, fair prices, and fast delivery. Saeid was very helpful and professional, and the rug arrived beautifully packed and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase.

I'll admit I was hesitant. Buying a vintage rug online felt like a risk — what if the colours were off, or there was hidden wear? I needn't have worried. The hall runner and lounge rug I purchased from Rugmaster are mmaculate, gallery-worthy pieces that put a brand-new rug I bought elsewhere (for thousands more) completely to shame. The quality has to be seen to be believed: no marks, no wear, no fading — just vibrant natural dyes, authentic sourced designs, and the kind of craftsmanship that only improves with age. if you are a mother of crawling babies, knowing these rugs are clean, safe, and free of harsh chemicals gives real peace of mind. But what truly sets Rugmaster apart is the customer service — the best I have ever experienced, full stop. The owner personally delivered to my door, offered generous advice, arranged the extras I requested at no charge, and followed up afterward. That level of care from a family-owned business is genuinely rare. I honestly can't imagine why anyone would buy new when vintage rugs of this quality exist. If you're on the fence, consider this your sign. You won't regret it.
